Whatever yall did in the last update ruined the app, I'm no longer able to pay at all. I've tried ordering twice this week, both times had to go to a different restaurant entirely with apps that actually work. Please fix this app!! When you go to pay it says "we are having issues processing online payments, switch to pickup and you can pay at the store". I'm at work, I cant just go to the store. Fix online payments, fix your delivery!!

Doesn't have a feature to cancel an order after placing it. Must call the location for pickup to cancel, and they can't issue credit for the order, even if it hasn't been fulfilled. Needs to be more interactive. The scan tab used to pop right up when logging on. Now, you have to navigate around before it finally shows up. Portion sizes have dropped drastically, while prices have skyrocketed. I dropped the rating from a 2 to a 1 because a burrito shouldn't cost $17 and have hardly any protein

Literally every time you order, you get a notification that's impossible to dismiss. You have to either go deep into settings to toggle notifications for the whole app, or restart your phone. This has been going on at least a year I'd say. Also: any time you have issues with your order you have to go jump through a bunch of hoops to fill the order info in; the app somehow can't just auto detect that info even if you placed the order through the app. Otherwise fine but those are so annoying.
