Long registration process and no PayPal; I only installed it because the parking meter was out of order. It doesn't look like the app uses an index of parking lot ID numbers, but rather your device's GPS or manually searching for the parking lot street address; not the worst thing, but it's more streamlined and convenient on other parking apps.

Impossible to Use App will not let you select where you are parking so it can't be used. It just says "Select City" and gives you the option of Atlanta or Gloucester, MA. Which is ridiculous. Especially because it's showing my exact location on the map. Response to developer: if I live in the USA and cross the border into Canada for the weekend, I will need to create a whole new account? Presumably I'll need a new email address or phone number to go with it? If so, that's pretty bad. 👍🏼

This is currently how it works. So, if you want to use it in Canada you will have to use another email and register in Canada. The phone number is not a required field.

App appears easy to use and is for say a 1 hour park. But, try to extend for 2 hours and when you click pay it reveals that there is an error and to contact support. I did that via the help function and have heard nothing back . Frustrating. Shouldn't all app functions actually work??
